This place has a cool vibe and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near Michigan, Town Center, which is awesome. It's a great option instead of dealing with the construction mess at the Westin. Plus, they were cool about letting us check in early! 🌟

Location: the hotel was short walk to around half the price of Westin. I was happy to find Thai Xpress, it was just a short stroll away from the property and served nice food...

Location to friends, family, and favorite spots. Did lots of research and was nor disappointed, perfect for myself and son, gave us space to visit...for the cost great stay, we will be back, no issues with noise or distractions, 5 day stay

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The condition of the hotel was extremely poor, with water stains on the ceiling, broken fixtures, and stained sheets.

Huge groups of kids running around and monopolizing the pool and hot tub. Same issue both times we stayed here.

Faculty did not appear in good repair. Carpet in room wrinkled and looked like it needs to be replaced.

Some guests reported encountering cleanliness issues, including broken glass on the sofa, hair in the bathroom, and stains throughout the room.

Wifi lacking...logging on to yous ...some electronics, yes some ...also very slow...need better mattresses.

Convenient location close to downtown and much more affordable than other nearby hotels. The staff here are extremely helpful and super friendly all the time 😊.
